We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Social Media Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.
As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually stunning graphics and assets for our social media channels.
From eye-catching graphics to animated GIFs and infographics, you will play a crucial role in capturing our audience's attention and driving engagement across all our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Be yourself, be creative.
- Design and create visually compelling graphics, images, and assets for use on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality for social media use
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels, ensuring that all graphics and visuals align with our brand guidelines and messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in social media and digital marketing
- Optimise graphics and assets for different social media platforms and formats, including square, vertical, and horizontal layouts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed
Required Skills
- Graphic Design: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media or digital marketing
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Previous experience creating graphics for social media platforms is preferred but not required
